Three Tree Montessori School

Triangle Associates is pleased to assist the search for the next executive director (head of school) at Three Tree Montessori School in Burien, WA (Seattle Area). The Three Tree Board of Trustees needs an interim head of school for 2022-23 and a permanent head for July 2023 and beyond.

With enrollment of more than 200 students, Three Tree is a private, independent PS-6 school guided by the principles and pedagogy of Dr. Maria Montessori. Guided by these teachings, Three Tree provides education for life and is dedicated to helping all children develop into confident, self-motivated, and responsible global citizens. The school is thriving by focusing on a simple mission of transforming the world one child at a time and it will soon grow to include an adolescent program through Grade 8.

A background in AMI Montessori is preferred for the permanent position, but we are accepting applications from all qualified leadership candidates.
